Tamekia Dowdy
Administrator & Agency Director
Tamekia Dowdy is a dedicated human-services professional, entrepreneur, and community advocate whose career has centered on helping individuals and families thrive. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Fayetteville State University and an Associate Degree in Human Services Technology from Central Carolina Community College.
Her professional background includes service with county Departments of Social Services, Harnett County Schools, and therapeutic substance-abuse recovery agencies, where she worked as a teacher, behavioral interventionist, Qualified Professional, and case manager.
As founder of Inspire and Motivate Our Future, Inc. and a recipient of the 2023 Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award, Tamekia brings compassion, leadership, and a deep commitment to community into every part of New Level Home Assistance Services. Her belief is simple: every person deserves dependable support, dignity, and genuine human connection.
